Is it Christmas? Because we just woke up to the best news EVER.
Goldie Hawn might be returning to the big screen for the first time in almost 15 years. Squeal.
The 70-year old actress is reportedly in talks to play Amy Schumer’s mother in upcoming comedy 'Mother/Daughter', due for release next year.
It will be her first film since 2002’s 'The Banger Sisters', in which she starred alongside Susan Sarandon. Since then we’ve experienced a serious Goldie drought and even repeat-watching 'Death Becomes Her', 'HouseSitter' and 'The First Wives Club' hasn't quenched our thirst.
Sure, Jennifer Lawrence may have tried to fill her gorgeous-but-goofy-girl-next-door shoes, but she’s just not the same. No one’s as good as Goldie. Not even Kate Hudson.
You see, Hawn has taught us so many things, like...
...how to take a compliment...
...how to ace a dance routine...
...the perfect side-eye...
...how to be generally fierce...
But, she's also the most underrated style icon. Ever. Back in the Eighties, she aced it...
(FAO the people at Netflix: there’s not enough Goldie on there).
